Buying On Our Website

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You’re welcome to check out as a guest - no account is required to complete your purchase. That said, we recommend creating or signing into a customer account for the best experience. This makes it easy to track your orders, manage returns, and enjoy faster checkouts in the future.

How to Place an Order:

Browse and Add to Cart

  • View the details of the item you're interested in to ensure it fits your needs.
Note: We offer special discounts on Optional Accessories for select products. To package these items together, be sure to select your desired Optional Accessories before adding the main item to your cart.

Click the "Add to Cart" button. A pop-up will appear with all items in your cart. You can either continue shopping or proceed to View Cart & Checkout.

Order Summary Page

On this page, you can:

  • Quickly add additional items using the Quick Add feature.
  • Remove items using the edit (arrow) icon next to each product.
  • Enter a promo code if there's a valid offer available

Checkout – Address Confirmation

  • Enter or confirm your shipping and billing addresses.
  • If your billing address is different from your shipping address, be sure to uncheck the "Same as shipping address" box to enter the correct billing information.
  • You can also apply a promotional code on this page if you have one.

Shipping Selection

Select your preferred shipping carrier. We offer multiple options through USPS and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated based on your selected carrier and shipping address.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carriers and take into account the shipping address and our handling times.

Note: If your order total exceeds $600 or includes an FFL item, FedEx will be the only available option, as a signature will be required at delivery.

Payment

  • Select your payment method—credit card, debit card, or Credova financing.
  • If you're using a gift certificate code (from a store credit or Bonus Bucks), please enter it here.
  • For your security, our Customer Service team is unable to collect payment over the phone.

Important: Even if your gift certificate covers the entire order, a card is still required to finalize the purchase. Rest assured, no charges will be made to your card unless the gift amount doesn't cover the full amount.
