Heritage Manufacturing Coachwhip 16 Gauge Side By Side Shotgun - 18.5" - Black Chrome

The Heritage Manufacturing Coachwhip brings the classic 19th-century stagecoach gun back into production, pairing exposed hammers and double triggers with a case-hardened receiver for a shotgun that looks and feels like a treasure passed down through generations.

Features:

• Break-open, side-by-side boxlock action with exposed "rabbit ear" hammers
• Double triggers, one for each barrel
• 18.5-inch stainless steel barrels with a Black Chrome finish
• Rich Turkish walnut stock and forend
• Brass bead front sight for classic quick-target acquisition
• Tang safety for easy, ambidextrous operation

Chambered in 16 gauge with a 3-inch chamber, the Coachwhip's shorter barrels echo the compact coach guns once carried aboard stagecoaches for close-range defense, making it equally suited to cowboy action competition, home defense, or hunting at close range. The case-hardened receiver wears a unique color pattern on every gun, so no two Coachwhips look quite alike.

Heritage Manufacturing has built its reputation on affordable Old West-styled firearms, and the Coachwhip carries that same frontier spirit into a shotgun that still handles modern ammunition with confidence and reliability. It's a fitting companion to Heritage's line of single-action revolvers for shooters who want a matched, period-styled battery for cowboy action matches or the range.
