The Hi-Point C9 is a double-action-only semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger, built on a Flat Dark Earth high-impact polymer frame with a Flat Dark Earth serrated steel slide and 3.5-inch steel barrel.

The fully adjustable 3-dot rear sight allows for windage and elevation correction, and an additional rear peep sight is included for shooters who prefer a different sight picture.
