The Holosun EPS or Enclosed Pistol Sight is Holosun's latest addition to their well-rounded product line. Holosun first made waves in the pistol sight market with the Holosun 407 and 507 offering innovative features found in their full size options in a much smaller package made for pistols. Features such as multiple reticle options, shake awake technology, and a built in solar panel for redundancy and their auto brightness feature. Throughout the years Holosun has been on a mission to provide innovative technology in a small package at a great price. This is exactly what they delivered with the EPS. As the name suggests the EPS features a fully enclosed dot system. This is important as it keeps the emitter protected from any dust, water, or whatever else that can find its way in on a open system. This prevents anything from disrupting the dot allowing it to always be crisp and easy to see. Weighting in at 1 ounce made out of 7075-T6 Aluminum the EPS makes for a great option for your carry pistol.

Love Mine

Great optic.
Good coatings allow for a crisp dot.
Brightness setting have allowed me to shoot under mid day sun and night vision so full lighting control.
Not only would i recommend I will be purchasing another
Help for old eyes

I have 4 EPS Red now,3 on Staccato’s and one on CZ Shadow2 compact.
Easy to zero, quick to use and much faster than irons. Old dog learns new tricks.
Love the instant on feature.

Mounting Plate Out of Spec

Optic seems nice. The mounting plate had a very bad noticeable bow to it, where it will not sit flat and has about a 1/16" gap at the front or back depending on which way you rock it. Enough that I am not comfortable using it, so I had to order a separate adapter plate. A bit dissapointed since this was more affordable and now I have to spend extra just to use it.
I hate the 1.5 moa adjustment

carried this thing for about 5 months now and have 2500ish rounds through it, I love almost everything about it however. I hate the 1.5 moa adjustment and all the tiny hardware/adjustment screws. I wish it was a 1 moa adjustment optic with a 1 moa dot, but that's just my ideal pistol dot since i shoot 25 yards on 8.5x11 paper
Holosun hit a home run with the EPS

This optic is so good, I bought 2. I first tested out the EPS carry and that optic is great. Now stepping up to a larger handgun, the EPS fits well on a G19 and MR920. The glass has a slightly noticeable blue tint, but the glass has very little distortion. Significantly less glass distortion than the H509T. The EPS sits low enough to cowitness with traditional height sights. The EPS also comes with an RMR adapter plate, incase you have an optic cut meant for the RMR. I highly recommend this optic. Fantastic optics.
