Details

Howard Leight Impact Sport electronic earmuffs provide protection from damaging noises over 82 dB, while amplifying regular ambient sounds such as conversation, range commands, etc. Features include a ventilated inner headband to minimize pressure on the head, durable outer headband to withstand abuse, snap-in ear cushions, directional stereo microphones, Quick-Click headband height adjustment and an NRR rating of 22. This unit also comes equipped with an audio input jack and cord for your MP3 player and other audio devices for listening off the field. Use the integrated power and volume knob to control the volume, and the external audio plug for your favorite media player. These electronic muffs fold up easily for compact convenient storage.

FAVORITE!!!

these are my first pair of e-muffs so my review is not all that comprehensive. so in comparison to regular muffs these blow them out of the water. being able to not only hear at a normal level but to even amplify low volume noises while still protecting your ears is just amazing. i have to admit i geeked out hardcore over these when first trying them. playing with the audio input kept me entertained for a good while then i realized ill never miss another call/txt at the range again because it'll be sent through my muffs!

Impact Sport Earmuff

I love these things, this is the second pair I have purchased since my wife commandeered mine when we go shooting. when shooting next to guys with large rifles and muzzle brakes I like to use foam ear plugs as well and turn up the volume a bit to be able to hear people talk but when the rifles fire you get double ear pro and they become nice and quiet. I was so impressed with the shipping I bought a red dot sight the next week. (which is also great).
