Used for a .450 build

Used this spring and a Guntec AR 9 buffer in my .450 Bushmaster carbine build. Rifle cycles fine with Hornady Black ammo. Casings eject 90 degrees about 3-4 feet. Bolt stays open after last shot.

I installed in a Colt AR9 with Spike ST9 buffer. Runs flawless and functions excellent. High quality.
Stick with 308 build not 9mm

Purchased for a 9mm build, coupled with a 6.5oz extra long buffer. Too much. I'd advise using a lighter buffer with this or a standard spring with a heavy buffer. Otherwise you run the risk of short strokes and burst shots.

I use my guns for work and I recently did a high end AR build. This product was brand new and I purchased through Geissele. These guys have never made a crappy product. They took the AR buffer and spring to the next level. Immediate and noticeable recoil reduction smoother cycling weapon and the gun is 100% steadier on full auto. I promise you it will be the best $60 you ever spent on a gun part.
