The Kahr P45 is the .45 ACP expression of Kahr's single-stack P series — a sub-inch-wide polymer-frame compact that brings the stopping power of .45 ACP to one of the slimmest carry pistols available in that caliber. The CA compliant configuration ships with three flush 6-round magazines in place of the standard package's extended 7-round alternative.

The Kahr P45 is a double-action-only semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP, built on a black polymer frame with a matte blackened stainless steel slide and 3.5-inch Lothar Walther polygonal rifled match-grade barrel.

The Lothar Walther polygonal barrel provides match-grade accuracy, reduced fouling, and longer service life than conventional cut rifling — the same barrel specification used throughout the Kahr P series. The TLC-coated blackened stainless slide provides a low-reflectivity finish suited for defensive carry, along with superior hardness and corrosion resistance. Tritium night sights provide an illuminated aiming reference independent of battery power. The smooth DAO trigger delivers a consistent approximately 6-pound pull — purpose-designed for safe carry and deliberate defensive use. The stainless steel slide rides on steel inserts within the polymer frame for long-term wear resistance at the rail contact points. Three 6-round stainless steel magazines are included to comply with California capacity regulations.
