The Kel-Tec P17 packs more features per dollar than any other .22 LR pistol on the market — a threaded barrel, fiber optic sights, adjustable rear sight, Picatinny rail, ambidextrous controls, and three 16-round magazines in a package that weighs under 14 ounces fully loaded and fits in a shirt pocket. In Tan, the P17 adds a distinct field aesthetic to an already standout value proposition.
The Kel-Tec P17 is a double-action-only semi-automatic pistol chambered in .22 LR, built on a Tan polymer frame with a steel slide and 3.8-inch threaded barrel.
The 3.8-inch barrel is threaded 1/2x28 for direct suppressor and muzzle device attachment, making the P17 one of the most suppressor-ready .22 LR pistols available at its price point. The fiber optic front sight provides a fast, bright aiming point in natural light, and the adjustable rear sight allows for windage and elevation correction without gunsmithing. The Picatinny-style accessory rail on the dustcover accepts lights and lasers. Both the safety and magazine release are ambidextrous — the P17 is fully usable right- or left-handed without any modification. The loaded chamber indicator visible in the image provides a quick visual and tactile chamber status check. The grip panels are molded directly into the Tan polymer frame with a raised geometric texture for positive purchase without abrasion. Three 16-round magazines are included — an outstanding value for a rimfire pistol at this price point.
