Konus Glory 2-16x50mm Rifle Scope - German-4 Crosshair Reticle

A first focal point masterpiece, the Konus Glory 2-16x50mm illuminated reticle glass based optic is a fantastic hunting optic that allows excellent overall mid-range and close-in hunting and shooting capabilities. For the price point, you're getting a lot of scope for the money. One of the most interesting features of the Konus Glory, is the illuminated reticle set on a first focal plane, which allows for the reticle to grow as magnification increases, giving you an easy way to feel confident on target without having to take extra time to clarify that you are where you need to be on the landscape of your front lens. This is a first focal plane scope with an etched-on-lens reticle that offers blue or red illumination with the use of a CR2032 battery. Konus ascribes the name “German #4 Illuminated Reticle” to this setup. This is a 2x up to 16x zoom magnification optic along with a 50mm objective lens diameter that utilizes a 30mm main tube to improve light transmission. This combination of specifications offers excellent light gathering and well-lit imagery even in lower light scenarios. The optics are fully multi-coated and feature a proven AR coating to ensure you get the best image quality for the money. The field of view at 100 yards at 2x magnification is 56.9 ft, and at 16x magnification, it is 7 ft.

The eye relief on this scope is from 3.3 inches to 3.8 inches with an exit pupil that is 3.2mm at 16x magnification and 17.9mm at 2x magnification. The turrets are exceptionally easy to understand and there is a side parallax wheel as well as the sun shade. The fast focus eyepiece is lockable and the turrets are lockable and resettable to zero.  There is a 90 MOA windage and elevation adjustment range with a 1/4 MOA per click adjustment for impact point correction. For the money, this is an excellent hunting scope for those who may be shooting under heavy cover, or at different spectrums of the light landscape throughout the day. With the large 30mm main tube and the 50mm objective lens, you can be confident that when combined with the first focal plane reticle you'll be right on target, exactly as you need to be, to take a confident shot.
