Deadly Accuracy built for hard real world conditions
by Tx_sandman
I bought one of these when Larue had them directly on his website. It is paired with a Larue lower and MBT-2S trigger. It is a very accurate rifle shooting around .6-7 moa with quality factory ammo and around 1.2-1.5" with nato spec m193
For hunting I use cheap hornady frontier 75 grain otm loads and have killed hundreds of hogs and yotes
Headshots at 300 all day with my longest kill at over 600 yards. Couldnt ask for more accuracy know your dope and you will hit.
Ran in west tx in fine sand environment wet and dry with temps down to 2 degrees with zero malfunctions over 1000s of rounds.
I run a Pulsar thermal. DBAL-D2 and a suppressor so i dont know what the other guy is worried about with weight of the upper alone.

Very accurate
Well built
Heavy AF
M-lok only on 3/6/9 position
13” handguard on a 16” barrel - weird aesthetic
Cost prohibitive!!!!
I bought this upper from Larue website, at the time they were only about $800 and have since gone up in price. It is very accurate, but how far are you shooting and what is your acceptable performance. Having bought a 14.5’’ BCM upper, that is much lighter, for the same $800 price point. The BCM is just as accurate within 400 yards and much lighter.
Larue does not advertise if it is a CHF barrel or not, while the BCM does come with CHF barrel.
If you are consistently stretching out your glass and pushing effective range of a 556 while not doing a lot of movement, this is a great option. Congrats you are a 556 sniper.
If you are doing dynamic shooting or carrying your weapon over distance and time, there are other options to consider.
