I only buy safeties with the 45 degree feature and this is the first one I've got that it doesn't work. I tried it in all five of my ARs that all have different triggers and they all still fire when its on safe and setup to the 45 degree side. It does work properly in all of them when set to the normal 90 degree side. on top of this, I had to dig out my tap set and tap the screw holes because they came with the ole farmers lock tite (cross thread). This is getting set to the side for my next cheap build for sure.

I have noticed that UTG has been improving the quality of their products so I decided to give this safety a try. I have many high-end Ambi safetys on my various AR's and this one just might be my favorite. I put it on a Christenson Arms Recon and it fits, looks, and functions great. I like the shorter lever on the trigger finger side (for righties) because it's out of the way. The design is attractive and functional. It also is very inexpensive and that price does not reflect it's true quality. I highly recommend this safety if you want high quality at a lower price.

I have two of these and I’m going to order another. They work great. I like the feel of the 45 deg setting and the short side is big enough to engage the safety with my trigger finger.

I just got done installing this in my AR. So far so good. no issues. Using the 45 degree side. Works as it should. All parts are decent quality.

Solid construction. Tactile, audible switch allowing for safe, trusted operation on 45° setting. Primary Arms got it to me quickly, as usual.

Very solid ambi safety. Smooth operation with very positive engagements. Using mine in the 45 degree configuration and the controls are very easy to operate. I will be buying more when they are back in stock.
Don’t work

So I been messing with this thing for almost a hour trying to get to go into safe and fire but it’s binds and won’t budge. I would stay clearly away from this and just spend the extra cash. Oh and I bought 3 of them and the second one I just gave up gonna return them
