For most standard 1-inch hunting scopes on a Winchester 70, medium rings provide the right height — keeping the scope at a natural position without raising it further than necessary. The Leupold BackCountry Winchester 70 1-inch Medium rings mount directly to the receiver in lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum.

The Leupold BackCountry Winchester 70 1-inch Medium rings are a two-piece direct-mount ringmount for the Winchester 70 receiver, accepting 1-inch maintube riflescopes at a 0.97-inch medium ring height, machined from 7075-T6 aluminum.

Direct-mount construction attaches straight to the Winchester 70 receiver, eliminating the need for a separate base. 7075-T6 aluminum keeps weight at 3.2 oz for the pair. The 0.97-inch medium height suits a wide range of standard-objective 1-inch hunting scope configurations.
