The Leupold Mark 5HD is a 3.6-18x44mm first focal plane riflescope with a non-illuminated PR2-MIL reticle, 35mm maintube, M5C3 ZeroLock adjustments, and precision side focus.

The M5C3 ZeroLock elevation dial provides up to 29 MILs of total adjustment in 0.1 MIL clicks across three revolutions. A visual and tactile revolution indicator keeps you oriented in the dial. ZeroLock prevents accidental dial movement. ZeroStop creates a backstop when returning to zero. The PR2-MIL first focal plane reticle provides holdover and wind correction references that scale accurately at any magnification. The precision side focus adjusts parallax for a clear, stationary reticle at different distances. It is up to 20 oz lighter than other riflescopes in its class, with three revolutions of elevation adjustment and a 5:1 zoom ratio.
