The Leupold VX-3HD 1.5-5x20mm is a compact, 12.5 oz hunting scope built for close- to mid-range shots. The 1.5x low end gives a wide field of view for fast target acquisition, and the illuminated FireDot Twilight Hunter reticle lights up when conditions get dim.

The Leupold VX-3HD is a 1.5-5x20mm second focal plane riflescope with an illuminated FireDot Twilight Hunter reticle, 30mm maintube, CDS-ZL one-revolution elevation dial, Daylight Bright Illumination, and Motion Sensor Technology.

The FireDot Twilight Hunter reticle uses thin lines that don’t obscure the target, with a FireDot center that pulls your eye to the aiming point immediately. Eight brightness settings span from low to Daylight Bright, keeping the dot visible in direct sunlight. Motion Sensor Technology (MST) powers the illumination down after five minutes of stillness and restarts it the moment the scope moves. The CDS-ZL one-revolution dial locks with ZeroLock and uses ZeroStop to prevent turning past zero in the field. Custom BDC Dial compatible. The integrated throw lever makes magnification changes fast.
