The Leupold VX-4HD is a 3-12x40mm second focal plane riflescope with a Hunt-Plex reticle, 30mm maintube, pop-up rezero elevation and windage, and integrated throw lever. No illumination.

The Hunt-Plex reticle features bold, tapered pickets with an open center for an easy aiming point in low-light conditions, a fine line center for precision at long distances or small targets, and a top line that tapers downward with no picket to keep the field of view clear. The pop-up rezero system allows for field zeroing without tools. The 4:1 zoom ratio provides smooth transitions from close to longer distances. An integrated throw lever makes magnification changes fast. The fast-focus eyepiece is adjustable for individual eye relief.
