The Luth-AR Lo-Profile Gas Block is a steel, set-screw style gas block with a manganese phosphate finish, built for 0.750" barrels. This low profile gas block is double inspected before it ships, giving builders a straightforward, no-frills option for a first build or a running change without paying for features they don't need.

Two socket cone point set screws hold the block to the barrel, and the roll pin needed for the gas tube ships in the box, so there's nothing extra to source before installing it. At just 1.5 ounces, it adds almost nothing to the front of the rifle while the manganese phosphate finish protects the steel body from wear and corrosion, and Luth-AR double inspects every unit before it leaves the factory to catch machining issues before they reach a customer's build.

Does it's job

Easy to install and has worked well. Use the roll pin it comes with though for some reason the roll pin included with my gas tube was too big for it but the one they include works.

Excellent small profile gas block!

Tight lock up on BCA 20" barrel(which had one set screw dimple already in it) creating perfect gas port alignment. Used the Expo arms gas tube that came with roll pin. This block included a roll pin, but not sure what it's supposed to fit as the roll pin included with gas block was small and easily drops through roll pin hole in gas block and gas tube. However, roll pin included with gas tube was correct size, so no issue for me.
Finish is good, machining is excellent.
