The Mark XIX is built with CNC machine technology to tight tolerances, and the anatomically formed grip gives a comfortable seating angle for two-handed shooting, allowing comfortable, rapid, and accurate firing. With the 6-inch barrel the pistol has a sight radius of 8.5 inches and a trigger reach of 2.75 inches. The engraved Grim Reaper grips give this model its signature look.

The rail on top of the barrel is a Picatinny-style optics rail that accepts single-slot mounts only, because dual-slot mounts will not fit the slot spacing. The rail on the bottom of the frame is a true Picatinny rail for lights and lasers.
