If you've ever dealt with stock wobble on a Mil-Spec tube, the Magpul DT Carbine Stock is the answer -- Magpul's Dual Tensioning technology adds an auto-engaging friction lock that produces additional tension on the buffer tube alongside the standard single-lever latch, eliminating the rattle and movement that plagues conventional Mil-Spec stocks without adding complexity to the adjustment process.

Most collapsible AR-15 stocks rely on a single lock pin engaging a notch in the buffer tube, which allows the manufacturing-tolerance wobble most shooters accept as normal. Magpul's DT system adds a second retention element -- an internal auto-engaging friction lock that applies additional tension against the buffer tube automatically at each LOP position, with no secondary lock to fumble with. The resulting lockup is measurably tighter than CTR-style supplemental friction locks or standard single-latch designs.

Magpul continues to grow and develop based on innovation, simplicity, and efficiency. At Magpul, mission-driven requirements inform their product design, materials, and manufacturing, focusing on efficiency without sacrificing quality or performance.
