My favorite ambi safety

This safety includes everything you need to install it, including the detent and spring. The option to have either 60- or 90-degree throw is great. I thought I'd dislike the 60-degree throw, but it's a very natural transition, even for someone who has used 90-degree safeties for many years. The offside paddle is scalloped nicely so that it doesn't run into your trigger finger when you flip it to "fire" like some ambi safeties can. Finally, no screws to back out and make your gat start falling apart while you're shooting! Everything is held together with a combination of friction fit and pins. Magpul knocks it out of the park, once again!
Great upgrade

Was using a CMC ambi safety but got sick of the 90 throw. Thought is try this since it's one the cheaper options with a short throw. Easy to install, very smooth in use. Matches my Magpul furniture.

I love Magpul products. I have their stocks, grips and bipods on all of my AR’s. Unfortunately Magpul missed the mark on this ambidextrous safety for me. I don’t believe this to be a universal issue. I believe this to be a QAQC issue. The safety selector narrowly fits into the holes. If you’re able to fit it into the holes like i was, you are then faced with the problem of how much force you have to put into the safety to switch from safe to fire. So much force that my thumb and index fingers are sore. Buy at your own risk!
Magpul ESK Ambi safety

I just put this on as an upgrade to one of my rifles. I like it every bit as much as the Radian Talons I have in other rifles. It provides 2 long and a short lever. I like both long so that a plus I'm not use too having with the talon, without paying twice as much. Would definitely but it again.
