The Magpul ESK, also known as the enhanced selector kit for AR-15 and AR-10 pattern rifles is an ambidextrous safety selector kit that comes with multiple lever styles allowing you to configure your rifle exactly how you want it. It comes with two long levers and one short lever made from high density polymer. The selector drum is made form chromoly steel and Nitride finished for smooth safety actuation and is configurable in either a 60 or 90 degree throw. Additionally, each lever comes with either a red or black indicator to customize each lever for more positive visual confirmation of the status of your rifle. Built for Mil-Spec lower receivers, the ESK AR-15 safety selector kit also comes with the detent and spring for installation.

Exactly what the doctor ordered!

I usually do not phrase Magpul too much, but here I will throw a lotta love, I purchased four of these selectors and like the choices provided, such as sizes of the switch length, and either a black or red tipped indicator.
So far after two range trips, they functioned perfectly on all four rifles....I (for once) give 5 stars

When installed, there is a large gap between the selector switch and the lower receiver. It's roughly 4-6mm and is unacceptable. Perhaps I was sent a poorly manufactured item?

Great safety

Bought 2 so far, love em. I use the normal long on the left and the low profile long on the right. The low profile isnt noticeable when handling the weapon but when I switch to weak-side shooting I can still engage it. Magpul found just the right dimensions for a weak-side safety where most people just shorten the lever which is harder to engage. I also run mine in the 60 degree setting instead of the 90, its just a nice touch.
