Magpul designed this stock so that you can lock your barrel into the receiver for compact storage. The Backpacker stock has M-LOK slots for attaching accessories, customizable cheek risers, QD sling mounts, and a non-slip rubber buttpad. With compact design, the water tight compartment for storing gear and storage for an extra magazine, the Magpul’s Backpacker stock will turn your Ruger PC Carbine into your all purpose survival rifle. 

Note from the Manufacturer:  The Magpul PC Backpacker Stock - Ruger® PC Carbine™ is compatible with all Ruger PC Carbine receivers in 9mm Luger and 40 S&W. Ruger models equipped with chassis and/or tubular handguards utilize a Modular Handguard Mount1 which will need to be replaced by the end user with a standard Takedown Block2 in order to mount the Magpul Forend.
