Magpul is by far my favorite poly magazine brand. I would have never imagined they could be improved. These Ranger Plates make Magpul mags even better. Removing mags from storage better. IDing mag orientation without looking easier. Another grip point for handling and controlling the rifle (AR-10). Could be used to aid removing a “stuck/jammed” mag (??). Plates are simple to install. Best purchase I’ve made in a long while.
Magpul Floor Plate-7.62

The floor plates are an excellent upgrade that can finally be used on 7.62 pmags. They make magazine changes a cinch from either your vest or belt. I am glad that Magpul got these out for the third generation pmags (also a fan of the 25 round magazines). And as usual Primary Arms was quick on the delivery with excellent customer service.

Look better than I anticipated. Have not installed them yet. But look like a great product.
Great mag protection

Have these on all of my 5.56 and .300 BKT mags, so why not put them on my .308 AR? Don't have to worry about dinging up the mag itself.
