The Marlin 1895 Dark Series 45-70 GOVT is a lever-action rifle updates the classic Marlin design with a black satin-finished, nylon-reinforced polymer stock. The stock and handguard features M-LOK attachment slots, allowing for the easy addition of accessories to customize the rifle to your needs.

The Dark Series 1895 is chambered for the .45-70 Government cartridge, making it suitable for big game hunting. The 16.17-inch, cold hammer-forged barrel features a threaded muzzle with a factory-installed radial muzzle brake to help manage recoil. The included thread protector allows you to switch between the muzzle brake and other muzzle devices (sold separately).
