Great handguard!

This is my first Midwest Industries handguard, and I'm certainly pleased with it. It went on a 12.3" pistol build. I ended up putting an Arisaka offset mount for my Streamlight ProTac weapon light and some DiamondHead Iron Sights. The handguard locks up very nice and tight. I would certainly purchase this handguard again. Buy with confidence!
NOTE: If the rail seems loose after installation check and make sure you installed the screws on the correct side. The screws should be going in on the ejection side and out on the bolt catch side for right handed builds.

I purchased this handguard for an AR pistol build and it worked out perfect. Lock up is super tight once installed. Gripping the rail is extremely comfortable and it is very slim profile. Accessories mounting is super easy with the M-Lok and the top rail doesn't get in the way. I mounted a Streamlight Pro Tac light at the front using an Arisaka 45 degree offset mount and it sits right up next to the rail with the slightest bit of clearance. Very happy with this rail.

I bought this rail after reading countless reviews on line. I figured if I didn't like it, it's not Geissele expensive. Super easy to install, with great directions. Rail is solid. I have 4 rifles that have Geissele rails on them. I can't see the Geissele rails being any stronger, plus they are twice as expensive. The MI is a great looking rail as well. And as a bonus, they give you two stickers! Buy one. You won't regret it.

Been looking for a while, and was torn between a few of the 10.5 inch rails. I mated this to an Aero receiver, and a 11.3 BA Hanson barrel. It was easy to assemble, fit like a glove and looks great! Midwest will most likely be my go to from now on.

No timing need, just torque the barrel nut to spec easy peasy. It also has anti-rotation tabs, I love this handguard.
