Excellent Stock.

Expensive, But if you catch it on sale EXTREMELY worth it. After installation, make sure to un do the little allen screws that mount the stock to the folding hinge one at a time and hit them with a little blue loctite. After that it will be wobble free! You can do the same with the screws that hold the cheek riser and Butt plate once you have them adjusted to your liking.
Excessive wobble

I'm a big fan of Midwest products and have lots of their parts across numerous platforms. Unfortunately this stock's folding mechanism is not serviceable. Immediately upon installation I noticed excessive wobble left to right in the stock. Your sight picture would swing probably a 1/8” left to right when shouldered and trying to maintain your POA on an object.
Really disappointing, as the rest of the stock seems very solid and well made. Even removed from the rifle you could visibly see the amount of play within the folding mechanism.
I have four other side folders (Jmac, Magpul Zhukov, OG Galil, and B&T) and they all have a very solid lockup. I ended up putting a Zhukov on the rifle and it worked fine, granted it didn't look as cool as the Midwest.
The only other side folder that has this much wobble was a Double Star Ace, another cool looking stock that wasn't useable.
Great Stock!

This is a great folding stock. It's very well built! It doesn't have any wobbling folded or otherwise! It is capable of several lengths and the butt plate can be adjusted also. It has an adjustable cheek rest, too! It's very minimalistic and it's mostly made from aircraft grade aluminum, not some synthetic polymer! It's a little pricey but worth the cost! Look for it on sale as it is now of this review! You'll love it!
