The Midwest Industries M-LOK QD Sling Adapter is the perfect way to attach a sling to your rifle. It can attach at any M-LOK position along your handguard for a wide range of adjustability. It features an anti-rotation design to prevent your push button QD sling swivel from rotating. Machined from aluminum, hardcoat anodized, and comes with mounting hardware.
