The Midwest Industries MK2 QD Aimpoint T2 Red Dot Mount lets you pull your optic off the rail and put it back without a tool, using a patented Elite Defense QD lever that clamps without marring the rail and is machined to return to zero.

The QD lever is fully adjustable and needs no tools, so you can dial in the clamping tension to match your rail. The mount is precision machined so the optic can come off, go back on, and hold its zero. It fits a standard Picatinny rail on AR-15, AK, PCC, and shotgun builds.

This is the lower 1/3 cowitness height, which sets the optic higher so your iron sights appear in the lower third of the optic window. Your backup irons stay visible while you get a clearer view through the optic.
