Midwest Industries Heavy Duty QD Front Sling Adapter

I purchased this item because the tiny ring on the PAP M92 will not fit any of my slings. I added this to the Midwest Industries quad rail (I replaced the wood 'furniture') and it holds well, works fine, and looks fine. The push button action works great - very easy to take off the sling hook portion and leave just the small mount.

The mount sits securely on the quadrail with an excellent fitment. I suggest locktite, though.Although very heavy duty, it isn't so large that it protrudes enough to snag on anything. Very smooth edges, too.

These sling adapters are works of art. Chamfered edges, incredibly smooth to the touch and built for abuse. No snagging your gear with one of these units. I especially like the limited travel of the sling swivel. I have adapters that do limit the travel and it is incredible how twisted a sling can get just by removing and replacing the weapon. I just wish they sold it without the sling mount. All of my slings come with them.

This front sling adapter is "bullet proof". It is very well made - what we have come to expect from Midwest products - I wasn't disappointed. The buying experience from PA was the same - as I have come to expect - excellent.

Very high quality, as others have stated. I'd definitely buy another MI product and certainly through PI. I did wonder why the box was so large for a small piece...Not a gripe, but it could have been packed in a bubble envelope or something, but that's hardly an issue.

Works great and, as expected with MI products, built to last. The limited rotation is greatly appreciated.
