Introducing the NcSTAR VISM Upper Receiver Block, the ultimate solution for maintenance tasks on your AR-15. This modular block is designed to be versatile and can be used in various ways to tackle different maintenance tasks.

The lower half of the block can be quickly attached to the upper receiver with two provided receiver pins, allowing you to clamp the AR upper receiver to a vise for maintenance work. This convenient feature makes it an essential tool for gunsmiths and enthusiasts who frequently work on their firearms.

When installing or removing barrels from the receiver, the upper receiver block's two halves can be bolted together to fully support the upper receiver, preventing damage from torque twisting forces. The upper half of the block also inserts into the receiver just like a bolt carrier group, while the bottom half can be bolted together with the upper half with steel bolts. This feature fully supports the inside and the bottom of the receiver, leaving the receiver optics rail open for mounting accessories and optics.
