The FC-DMx reticle is purpose-built for the LPVO use case — a small floating center dot illuminated red for rapid close-range engagement, with precise hold and hold-off points for longer shots at higher magnification. Because the scope is first focal plane, all FC-DMx subtensions remain accurate at every magnification setting. The 1x low end delivers a true or near-true 1x sight picture for fast both-eyes-open shooting. DigIllum illumination provides six standard brightness levels plus two dedicated night vision settings — a practical capability for military, law enforcement, and civilian NVG-capable shooters not available on the NX8. The capped finger-adjustable elevation and windage turrets with included beauty rings protect adjustments from accidental contact during field use. True 0.1 MRAD click value allows precise adjustments when needed. The power throw lever is included for fast magnification changes under time pressure.
