Noveske 16" Recon 5.56 Stainless AR-15 Barrel

I don’t have this barrel or anything Noveske, but to the genius who wrote the bad review: you shouldn’t be buying a barrel in the first place if you don’t know how to do a simple gas block installation. How do you even know you installed the barrel right if you can’t install a gas block? Do some research first before you buy, and don’t blame the company. Or take it to a qualified gunsmith. They don’t include instructions because they assume anyone buying this barrel would know how to install it. There’s a lot of “garage gunsmiths” these days, which I am one myself, but don’t blame the company for your ignorance and lack of knowledge. I don’t blame a company if I’m the one who’s an idiot.

Great barrel. Incredibly accurate. Love the pined gas block. Unlike the other review I took it to a PROFESSIONAL and had them install it and what do you know it came out looking great.

Pretty disappointed, great looking barrel, but this is my first pinned gasblock I’ve done. There were no instructions on how to pin it, not which side to go from or anything. So I assumed it didnt matter and maybe it doesn’t, but once I got it started I couldn’t get it back out so I had to Thor’s hammer it in to submission. Scratch the hell out of gas block and I couldn’t get it to go through, out the other side all the way. For a 400 dollar barrel gasblock bundle and absolutely no instructions, should I set the set screw or pin it first. Obviously I can’t get it off to send it back, so if it does not work for any reason I’ll have to find and buy more tools and stuff to force it off somehow. Very disappointed that such a expensive barrel comes with no instructions at all on gasblock pinning. This is no reflection on primaryarms as they just sell it.
