Best Muzzle Device For AR Pistols

I used this on my Spike's Tactical build and I could not be happier with it. My AR pistol has a 10.5 inch barrel on it and the device has definitely reduced the amount of gas coming back towards me. The KX3 throws everything forwards away from the shooter and looks super awesome as well. I'm definitely going to get another one of these for my next build! And of course, Primary Arms is prompt and speedy with their shipping and I will continue to buy from them.

This is my 2nd KX3. Using it on a 10.5" barrel. Directs the sound and blast forward and the increased back pressure ensures cycling with pistol length gas system. Doesn't shoot as flat as a hood break, but for a CQC build slight deviations won't cause a significant shift in POI and if you have to fire your weapon indoors at 3 in the morning it'll save you some hurt on your ears (because I doubt you'll be thinking about ear protection).

A question, not a review. Just what calibers will this allow through?!?!

I have seen where one person has used one of these on a 300 Black Out build; so, that is .30 cal/7.62mm. The rest would appear to be 5.56mm/.223cal. We know what it is threaded for; but, will it work with 9mm?? I believe my M&P 9mm is threaded in 1/2X28...will a 9mm slug make out the other end of this. At least one inquiring mind wants to know. Thank you ;-)
