The Noveske Rifleworks Gen 4 N4 Diplomat Stainless 300BLK Complete Upper Receiver in Bazooka Green features a 7.94-inch 300 Blackout barrel crafted from 416R stainless steel with a 1:7 twist. The barrel is individually serialized for quality control and comes with a hand-polished Noveske Match Chamber. It includes a low-profile, pinned gas block and an M4 barrel extension with extended feed ramps for improved feeding. It comes equipped with a muzzle device that’s compatible with Noveske Pig Pen suppressors.

The Gen 4 N4 Diplomat features a 4th generation machined billet receiver made from durable 7075-T6 aluminum with a hardcoat type III anodizing followed by a Bazooka Green Cerakote coating. It is equipped with a Noveske marked forward assist and an ambidextrous Love Handle charging handle that features an anti-rotation interface with the handguard. The phosphate-coated bolt carrier is full-auto compatible and includes a chrome-lined carrier bore. For added versatility, the 4th Generation NSR-7” free-floating handguard features a top Picatinny rail, M-LOK mounting positions at every 45 degrees and a lightweight American-made steel barrel nut for secure attachment.
