Panzer Arms AR57 Ultra Light Tactical 5.7x28mm Upper is a complete upper receiver that converts any mil-spec AR-15 lower to shoot 5.7x28mm ammunition. This alloy monobloc receiver is built with a 16-inch steel barrel, perforated muzzle brake, bolt carrier group, buffer, and screws. Designed to be simple and reliable, this complete upper has a free sliding 8620 alloy bolt that acts as the only moving element and is removable for easy maintenance. The unique design of the AR57 ULT upper makes it top loading with the spent rounds ejecting down through the AR-15 lower's magazine well. Easily add your favorite optic and accessories to the 13-slot Picatinny rail located over the operating handle or 3-slot upper and lower forward rails. The Panzer Arms AR57 Ultra Light Tactical 5.7x28mm Upper is a great option for those in the market looking to convert their AR-15 to shoot 5.7x28 ammo like the FN P-90 PDW.

Accurate and fun
by Kenneth
Put a short 3x9 scope on mine and shot sub 1" 3 shot groups at 100 yards. Practically no recoil. Great for a young shooter. Great gun to have if you just like to shoot. Everyone talks about how expensive the rounds are. When you find it on sale for under $.50 per round it's no different than 223. Get one you'll be glad you did.
Very Nice Firearm

I have the 12" barrel and love it. You must put in the heavier buffer weight that ships with the gun. (4.8 ounces) vs the standard 3oz. It does have a break-in period of around 300 from my experience. But very easy to shoot and even the 12" is a very accurate soft shooter.
So far so good 👍

Looks and feels good. Haven't shot it yet as it's been too cold recently.
P90 magazines suck to load.
