Pearce Grips PG-43 an extension for the GLOCK 43 (9mm). Pearce Grips Grip Extension Plus One Round, PG-43-1 adds one round. This extension replaces the magazine floor plate providing one extra round of capacity and approximately 3/4" additional gripping surface for better control and comfort while also incorporating the factory texture pattern. (actual length 0.820").

G43 Grip Extension + 1 Rnd

These are great and the texture on them match the grip texture on a Glock 43. I add these to all my new purchased G43 mags. At least you should own one to replace the OEM extended finger grip that is included with one of the mags when you buy a G43. Plus you will get an extra round.

These are not easy to install yet once you find your best method its not so bad.

Works Well

I tested this against stock mags, and the Strike+2 (see my review, be careful).
This extension caused zero malfunctions, and improved grip. Minimal size is great for undercover carry. +1 does not sound like a lot, but it could mean everything in a criminal/victim confrontation.

Work Great and Easy to Install

I have been using Pearce magazine extensions for several years and not had any problems. Pearce +1 extension for the Glock 43 are easy to install and the extra length allows for a better grip. I have installed them on G19 and G43 magazines and not had any problems installing, loading and using.

Low profile payload addition

It’s a well executed design. One, where the best thing I can say about it is that I don’t notice it’s there. An extra round that simply takes up the space that used to be just walled off by the OEM grip extension - no extra length added
