Mounting bolts bolts and base need attention

Rings are well machined with easy and precise mounting to the scope tube. One of the best clearance tolerance I have seen with regards to gap symmetry. On the mounting base, one of the bolts was cross threaded into the capture nut. Will require replacment so I will see how customer service responds to the issue (sent separately). All three slots for the cross bolts were not accurately machined and are causing a decent amount of friction on the cross bolts. Rubbing finish off and shaving metal. Unsure on the amount of stress it is creating on the bolts or mount.
