Bridging the gap between the Classic Series micro dots and the more premium SLx MD-25, the new Classic Series RD-25 brings the field-proven advantage of a 25mm aperture to an affordable optics line. With its wider field of view, the RD-25 offers greater visibility and situational awareness when looking through your optic. The RD-25 has also undergone extensive recoil and field testing to prove that it is just as durable as more expensive optics, so you can be confident that this microdot will last. Not only is the aluminum housing extremely durable but it features fully multi-coated lenses that are anti-reflective and fog resistant and has been rated at IP67 for water resistance. Perfect for plinking

I got this to put on my 7yr old daughter's pink M&P15-22... Perfect for that purpose and she loves it. Anyone downrating it because it's not "ACOG tough" maybe didn't understand what they were buying... lol Perfect for what it is at a great price! Thank, PA!

excellent optic for the price

I got this optic to throw on my AK-15 and just mess around with. I was very pleased with the quality of the optic and the QD mount is great. The dot is self is fine and not star busted out on normal settings. Zeroed it no problem and its held its zero.

25mm diameter is perfect and the buttons and housing are very minimalistic which provides a very clear sight picture. Wish it came in a chevron reticle version.
Love mine. Clear, easy to use and quick target aquistion.

The sight was super easy to install. I fired off 3 rounds at 25 yards and hit in a perfect triangle of 1 inch group.
I stepped it out to 100 yards and put 10 rounds in a 5 inch circle. All the rounds where within 3 inch group.
I pulled it back to 50 yards and did a standing 10 round and it held within 2 inches. I could not believe how easy it was to get on target.,
The glass is clear, the buttons are easy to find and use. The brightness setting from the factory was about perfect and I did not need to make it brighter. I love the ability to shut it off.
As a comparison I have a Holosun 403r and both shoot about the same but given the choice I will take the Primary Arms one over it.
I like the quick disconnect mount. I tested taking it off and seeing if it held true after returning it back on in the same place. IT DID.
I have the front sight post on my rifle and the included mount looks right over it.
I wish I had more rifles to put this on!

Great red dot overall, but the mount being QD as well as allowing use of your iron sights for all the HK rifles you feel bad for obscuring. Have one on my .22 G36C.

Yo yo, this thing is legit best bang for your buck. I enjoy this more then my pricey MRO. I love them both. but if you trying to still take your family out and have nice red dot to protect them - this is it!
