Details

The Primary Arms Deluxe Extended AR-15 Scope Mount is ideal for shooting a variable power optic in the “nose to charging handle” position on M4, AR-15, and similar “flat-top” 1913 Picatinny mounting platforms. It’s a great option for 1-4x and 1-6x scopes with 1 inch tubes. Aluminum construction, durable matte black anodized finish. 2.52 inches of clearance between the rings. Places the center of your 1 inch tube scope 1.5 inches above the rail. Fits scopes with 1 inch tubes. This tough mount features a lifetime warranty.

To make sure that the mount nut is fully tightened, turn the nut clockwise until resistance is encountered. After that, turn another 1/2 turn. If a torque wrench is being used, they recommend no more than 35-40 in-lbs.

Good Mount

Used this on my AR build to mount a 4 x 12 for 200 yard shoots. Good fit and finish. Good clearance for the charging handle. Ordered on Sunday on my front porch Wednesday night.

excellent mount

Why pay 100.00 for a "name brand" mount that is made in china, when you can get this one for much less. This mount will allow the use of a larger magnification scope and still let you use nose to charging handle sighting. works great with the Leupold Mark AR 4-12 or 6-18 scopes.

same as 200+ dollar scope mount

There is nothing different between this and 200+ dollar scope mounts. A no brainer to buy this one. Same quality fit and finish as more expensive (cant stress that enough) buy more than one. Excellent product.

Should have bought the standard length

This is too much extension, for the Primary Arms SLx HUNTER™ 3-9x40. I can mount on last part of rail, on my ARs. But, puts scope too far forward, on my other rifles. I did find quality was very good. It just does not fit my desired application.
