Primary Arms SLx FS Flip-to-Side Magnifier Mount - 2 Bolt Bottom Interface

I ordered a PA SLX 3x Pegasus magnifier and flip to side mount. I do not like the flip to side mount. The mount has some flex in the flip to side mechanism so every time I flip the mount back and forth the Pegasus reticle is in a different spot in relation to the dot for my sight. I know it's not a reticle to use for shooting, just ranging but it will drive me nuts seeing it in a different spot every time. Touching the magnifier with this mount causes the pegasus reticle to move all over the place. Screws are flat head. Not allen or torx. Not QD. Not tool less to remove if you have it torqued down. Not torching this product considering the price. Im sure it's fine for non Pegasus, just think PA could come up with something better.

It works as a mount, but the push button is a nuisance. The push button sticks out way too far and adds unnecessary bulk to the mount. There are better mounts to buy for your PA magnifier.

No issues with this mount. The push button is smooth and easy to find/actuate. Solid clicks to ensure the optic is out of the way or back into position for looking through.

I ordered the wrong one. I wanted the flip mount without the push button. This mount is not bad though it just depends on uses preference. I used it until the one I wanted arrived in the mail. Had no issues. Just don’t like the button or the bulky mount.

I love this mount. Very well built and operates perfectly. However, if you are using this for an Eotech, I would go with the non-lever magnifier mount.

Can we get the image of the rail mount knob side? Is it just six sided bolt or does it have a flat? Without it being a quick release do I need a socket to remove or can I use a screwdriver in the end of the mounting bolt

I can’t say enough about this flip to side magnifier mount. Sturdy, like everything I have seen and used from PA , when you match this mount with a bottom interface magnifier you get the range you need. For up close and personal shooting, just press plunger and flip out of the way. With PAs warranty you can’t go wrong. If you run a red dot or a 1x micro prism don’t let people tell you that you can’t use a magnifier and get great results. And as always I can’t say enough about Primary Arms customer support. If you have a problem, if it can be rectified, they make it happen.

Works very good and easy installation

Works great with the PA 3x magnifier and can be mounted to flip either to the left or right for ambi shooting needs. Nice solid lockup with the push button. Great value, will be buying more to pair with additional PA magnifiers.

Got mine today, along with the 3x Magnifier. Excellent combo. Perfect 1/3 lower co-witness height with the spacer. Solid lock up in both positions. Very similar to the Vortex 3x mount. Smooth plunger, solid lock up, easy to use.
