A wonderful sight!

by

I have many Vortex and Primary Arms microprism scopes and this is one of my favorites. I waited a long time for this and am pleasantly surprised!

The perfect evolution from the SLx 1x MicroPrism

by

I've continued to recommend the SLx 1x MicroPrism and optically this is a worthy upgrade. Eye relief, sight picture, everything's just a step up, and worth the extra money. One criticism I'll give is it doesn't come with a dust cover like the others do.

Awesome

I swapped out my Eotech for the Glx-1X. This thing is perfect for a .300 blk.

The only thing I wish it had is more pronounced clicks in the turrets and a machined line on the turret would help too. It did not feel to great when zeroing in.

First optic from Primary Arms.

So I will say that I just started getting into optics for my rifles here lately. Mostly because my Astigmatism and Eotechs never played nice together. I absolutely love the way this optic sits and looks. The reticle is nice as well with good brightness. With that being said, I have adjusted the diopter multiple times and cannot get the glass to be perfectly clear and not blurry. It's like my eyes are fighting it all the time. This could totally be an issue with my eyes and not the sight but I do wish it was clearer. It's still a great sight for the price and I'll order another if FDE is an option in the future.

Excellent optic, dead battery

by

Like the title says, this is an excellent optic. I highly recommend, especially for those with an astigmatism like myself. It’s wonderful for me to have a crystal clear reticule which unfortunately I don’t get with red dots. The glass in the Glx is clear with very little to no distortion on the edges. Eye relief is amazing but really shines at around 4”. I do not own the Slx so I can’t compare the two. I picked the Glx because I preferred the buttons and the more streamlined look. I docked one star because mine came with a dead battery. It was very annoying thinking the illumination was broken at first. Had to go out and buy a new battery which thankfully fixed the problem. Hope PA makes this in fde in the future.

Wow!

If you’re looking to upgrade your SLX cyclops, with the new GLX cyclops, look no further!!
Look no further because you won’t find that upgrade with this. It’s heavier, bulkier and the battery life has been cut in half. Before you pull the pin, watch what is being said about them on YouTube. It’s not that flattering. I didn’t see an improvement in clarity. In fact, there seems to be more distortion. If you use a magnifier, you’ll have to put it behind your GLX. Where as you could put it in front of the last Gen. the downside to that is your chevron stays small. My advice, save your money. The SLX is a really good optic, and you most assuredly will not be impressed with this one

Probably the best 1x optic out there

This GLx upgrade was a no-brainer and I cannot be happier with my purchase. I am beyond impressed by it now that I have it in hand. The eye relief on the GLx is incredible. I stood back about 16 ft and could still see the outer ring of the illuminated reticle clear as ever (it was at the limit of the view area, but still very clear and easy to see). I took a picture of it at around 12 ft away, but can't figure out how to post the image with this review. These are amazing. All of their optics are, but their 1x Prisms are my favorites for my personal builds which are not reaching out past 100 yards in most cases. The value of these GLx 1x prisms for the money is beyond compare. It is still what I consider to be 'daylight bright', but I don't like it illuminated in the daylight. It's distracting for me to have it that bright in the daylight. The 'unlit' etched reticle is very easy to see in my daylight scenarios. 100% recommend this optic and will buy many more.
