Using cutting-edge LED technology, the GLx 1x MicroPrism offers 13 illumination settings with AutoLive® motion-sensing on/off technology and three night vision settings for ultra-low light, medium/transitional light, and IR flood applications. At maximum illumination, the MicroPrism offers true daylight bright performance, while the innovative low-power sleep mode safeguards battery life for reliable ‘always-on’ storage. Though small in size, virtually no sacrifice was made for eye relief and even offers a generous field of view.
This package also includes the ruggedized mounting system with industry standard mini-prism footprint, guaranteeing reliability and zero retention through heavy use and adverse conditions. Out of the box, this mount offers 8 different mounting heights and configurations, ranging from a 1” centerline for AKs and low-comb stocks to over a 2” centerline for night vision and ‘heads-up’ sight acquisition. Great optic

I throughly enjoy shooting with this attached to my 300BLK rifle. It holds zero despite some minor knocks and bangs while at the range or cleaning the rifle. Simply works as advertised. It's really great having a red-dot alternative for eyes with astigmatism, for a while I was genuinely considering going back to iron sights since my vision is sharp, but very sensitive to bright points of light. In fact, I am in the market for another one, and I am really hoping Primary Arms makes these in Flat Dark Earth before the end of 2025.

Great optics/ terrible screws

The optic itself is super clear. I wish the screws were a little stronger. I was mounting it with my wheeler fat wrench to an American defense mount with the spacer it initially came with. I set it to approximately 27 pounds and went to tighten it and both screws stripped out at the head before I could even torque it down till it clicks on the wrench. I'm hoping the little extra loctite I put on it will hold it in place. it seems fairly solid as is so I'm not terribly concerned. I'll buy another and just take the screws to the local nut and bolt shop like i have on other optics and get american screws in that size that don't strip as easy. I've also got the slx version and it holds zero very well and is also super clear.
Best fast optic I have ever used

I am blown away with how clear this optic is with or without illumination. The eye relief is truly infinite. It is incredibly fast on target, about as fast as a shotgun bead. Outstanding glass. I am very impressed with all the mounting options in the box.
Good 1x

The GLX 1x has a great eye relief and field of view. I have it mounted on my 14.5 for home defense and target shooting. I have diopter set so that when I use both eyes or one that I have the same capabilities as my aimpoint red dot. The field of view on my Aimpoint M4s is so much tighter than this optic that its more appealing to me. One big point to make is that for home defense or utilizing a SureFire PRO light indoors that the reticle on this optic does not wash out. The red dot on my aimpoints wash out and will take a bit to locate the dot. If seconds count then I guess its a good point. I really like this optic for the reasons I have listed. I hope that it is as robust as prism scopes are said to be.

I expected these to top their predecessors. I didn't expect them to be a great deal better. They are much better! The larger diameter, the lack of illumination knob, and the clear glass make these a home run and more than adequate red dot replacer. Same reticle as the previous version which is great. I have a red and green model and found the illumination to be good. Crisp reticle and clear glass. Thanks PA.

Bought 2 of these, best bang for the buck, 1X is just right. After 2K rounds use of each, holds zero, keeps going & going. Planning to buy 2 more.
Total takeover of the red dot market

Just got 2 of these in today with a 3rd on the way. I have astigmatism and some red dots give me fits with the starburst. I tried the SLx 1x MicroPrism and fell in love. Zero issues. Heard about the new GLx 1x prism coming out and started checking the site and my email every day when the planned launch was to take place. I got 2 ordered the day they went live and ordered another one the following morning. I can absolutely guarantee you that this optic is about to take over the red dot world. Fantastic glass, ridiculous eye relief, built like a tank, and the American Defense mini ACOG mount fits nicely. I’ve never been so pumped about a new optic in my life, and when it arrived, I was blown away. It will be replacing a MRO in an AMD mount if that tells you anything. Get one and thank me later
