The GLx rifle scopes redefine what can be accomplished when the latest optics technology is applied to meet the shooting challenges faced in real world situations. New for this line of prism scopes is the AutoLive motion sensing reticle illumination, and rugged, premium optics. The fantastically clear, low dispersion glass makes sure the optical system will impress even the harshest critics.

The Primary Arms GLx 2X Prism Scope combines premium glass quality and the popular ACSS reticles in a ruggedized, compact form. This fixed power optic provides just enough magnification to enhance target identification, yet allows for seamless both-eyes-open, red dot style shooting at close-range targets. The compact body is just 5.3” long and weighs in at just 11.0 Oz with 3.5 inches of eye relief and a large 12mm exit pupil. This gives the 2X Prism Scope an incredibly forgiving eye box, well suited for fast engagements where a perfect eye position isn’t always feasible. Top it off with a 20,000-hour battery life, and AUTOLIVE motion activation and the GLx 2X Prism Scope is sure to be a new favorite in your collection.

DAYLIGHT BRIGHT and Night Vision Illumination Power Setting Mode for Fixed Power Optics Red Dots provide enough magnification to enhance target identification, yet allows for seamless both-eyes-open shooting at close-range targets. ACSS etched reticles mounted inside these scopes can be illuminated by manually dialing the rotary knob marked with numbers of increasing brightness from 1 to 11. The first three brightness settings are night vision compatible and can only be seen when the red dot is used together with a separate night vision device. The highest two settings are DAYLIGHT BRIGHT, which are bright sunlight compatible and can be seen when the 2 MOA dot is instantly acquired by the eye as a perfect circle. The DAYLIGHT BRIGHT setting is still usable even with the illumination turned off. Turning the knob until it stops in either direction will turn the red dot completely off. By dialing the setting to the right amount of illumination power, this creates a clear contrast between the reticle and your intended target, without straining the eye.

Features:
  • Glass etched reticle that works with illumination on or off
  • Full reticle illumination with 11 power settings from DAYLIGHT BRIGHT to nigh vision.
  • CR2032 battery provides up to 20,000 hours of reticle illumination at medium settings
  • Forgiving eye box with 3.5” of eye relief, and a bright 12mm exit pupil
  • Patented ACSS Gemini 9mm reticle provides fast target acquisition, range estimation, and moving target for pistol caliber carbines.
  • Quick adjust diopter ring for shooter-optimized reticle focus
  • 1/4 MOA click adjustments with capped turrets
  • Compact design at just 5.3” long and 11.0 ounces
  • Compatible with standard mini-ACOG style mounts
  • Includes 3 risers and ruggedized mount
  • Wide 42-foot field of view at 100 yards
  • Durable design for fog resistant, waterproof, and shock proof operation
  • Black hardcoat anodized finish
  • Protected by a lifetime warranty

The ACSS Gemini is an all-new BDC reticle designed for use with 9mm carbines. The Gemini uses an intuitive layout that integrates vertical and horizontal auto-ranging, a moving target lead, ballistic drop holdovers, and an infinitely precise center chevron with bold outer horseshoe. When paired with the GLx 2x’s innate agility, the ACSS Gemini allows for quick hits in close-quarters and precision at medium range.

This GLx 2x prism scope is more than just premium glass in a rugged body. This optic comes equipped with the next-generation ruggedized mounts. Despite being low weight, these mounts offer exceptional clamping power with hardened steel hardware, ensuring they will not move when properly torqued. The GLx 2X prism scope can also be mounted directly to popular mini ACOG-style mounts, either flush with the integrated belly mount or utilizing the included risers.

Really well made optic

by -

I got this for a 9mm PCC that I built from Aero parts. This is the perfect optic for that. I can get good hits out to about 150-200 yards with this optic. The fit and finish is awesome and makes me want to get other Primary Arms optics.

Great Optic for 9mm Carbine

by

Purchased from PA website. Fast delivery. High quality optic for what I paid. The glass is clear, edge to edge. The reticle is bright and intuitive to use. Hold overs work well for 115 grain and 124 grain ammo, have not tried 147 grain ammo yet. Only tested out to 100 yards, so far. Elevation/Windage adjustment knobs have “crisp clicks” not mushy at all. The mount is solid, the optic has not been knocked off zero after 200 rounds. My neighbour in the military looked through the optic and he said, “the glass and reticle are nicer than my ACOG!”

Almost perfect

by

I am completely satisfied with this optic. It has great illumination, crisp reticle, decent eye relief and good eye box for a prism optic. The only slight detriment is the diopter adjustment. My eyes are not the best anymore, I had to adjust the diopter almost all the way. So, if you wear +2.5 or stronger reading glasses, this optic may not adjust enough for you.
I mounted this on an Aero Precision EPC-9 and it has held zero for 200+ rounds, it passed a box test at 50 yards. I also really like the motion sensing technology on a lot of Primary Arms products. Not always having to remember to turn on or off is a big positive.

Works for 50 Beowulf

by -

Fun fact - 9 mm and 50 cal pistol bullets have very similar ballistic coefficients. I tried this scope on mine and, with 440 grn cast load at ~ 1600 fps, the reticle is a great match. It handled the recoil fine. The compact design and 2X magnification should make for a handy pig killer.

Shockingly Amazing Optic

For a CZ Scorpion, this optic is perfect. As a member of the old eyes club, if its not a Prism sight, I can't see as clear as I need to, so red dots are off the table. I have tried many red dots, and they have a snowflake image when I look through them and they are 1X, so a 2X is much better for my needs. This optic is extremely clear. This is not quite a Trijicon, but at 1/3rd the price and with the ACSS Gemini 9mm Reticle, this is a fantastic optic, especially for PCC's. When they come out with a 3X GLX, I will buy it too.

A great alternative for the ptr 9ct/mp5 clone platform

by

I initially used a Sig Sauer Romeo 5 red dot for my PTR 9ct but wanted to extend the range of the firearm. I zeroed the optic at 25 and found that at the bench rest the PTR9CT was shooting roughly 1-1.5 moa with very accurate grouping with the optic. I tested the rifle on a target at 225 yards and was pleasantly surprised to see the ACSS radicle to line up pretty well with the firearm.

Great Optic, very accurate out of the bix

by

Zeroed this optic on my Angstadt Arms UDP-9. It was fairly close to dead on out of the box. Only a few minor adjustments needed. Got the weapon holding 1 MOA at 50m, even with bulk range ammo. Very intuitive CQB horseshoe. Great optic at a great price.

GREAT BUT?

by

Great fit on my PTR MP5 clone but does anyone else great a half circle on the bottom of the glass when you look through it?

Perfect Optic for 9mm Carbine

by

I switched from a red dot to this ACSS prism optic and could not be happier with the decision. I quickly sighted in at 25, proved at 50, and rang steel at 100 on the first shot. The reticle is well illuminated and easy to use for CQB. I started with PA’s GLX 3X prism with ACSS reticle for the 7.62x39 and fell in love with the ACSS reticle. I cannot recommend these products enough. Both optics are extremely well built for the price point. Don’t hesitate and put an ACSS reticle optic on your weapon of choice.

Great scope

by

Took it out for the first time today mounted on a CZ scorpion. Was having no problems hitting steel 10” targets between 25 and 100yds. Great clarity and perfect if you have an astigmatism. Probably going to get one in 300bo once they come back in stock. Highly recommend
