Details
The Primary Arms SLx 1-10x28 Rifle Scope takes what is popular about low power variable optics and steps it up a notch to a larger magnification range without making sacrifices common with more traditional 10x optics. The first true 1-10x LPVO boasts a generous 3.2 - 3.5 inches of eye relief allowing you to easily set this scope up on your rifle of choice and still features a great field of view throughout the magnification range. With the addition of an integrated magnification lever, you can quickly and easily go from a true 1x sight picture all the way up to 10x magnification for those longer distance precision shots or simply for better target identification. This is truly a versatile optic that can do it all from close quarters to long range while still only weighing 19.1 ounces at 10.5 inches long. Just like the other optics, this scope is protected by the Primary Arms Lifetime Warranty. If a defect due to materials or workmanship, or even normal wear and tear, has caused your product to malfunction, Primary Arms will either repair or replace your product.

Great scope
by TN Jim -
Great SFP scope and ACSS reticle, easy to view day or night, and standard mil marks are highly desireable since typical BDC reticles are calibrated for one specific load. It is better to learn the charateristics for the caliber(s) and load(s) one intends to use.
The 34mm PEPR style mount selection is somewhat limited but picked one up from Midway. The lever on the magnification ring is very useful and should be standard on all scopes. Heavier than a reddot and 6x magnifier but clarity and additional magnification makes up for the difference.
Great optics

Good Optics you’re very clear lenses with decent price
Not suitable for extended ranges

Under 250m, this is an excellent scope, not enough discernible difference to justify a scope 2-3x the cost if that’s all you’ll shoot. Past 300m, this scope gets blurry and low light transmission is pretty bad. This is on 12”x12” steel, I could make out 400m and 500m and get hits, but wasn’t clear enough to see hits (I had a spotter verify) or even movement. Past 500m forget it on that size of target. You can dial down to get better clarity, but since it’s SFP, the grid and BDC are no longer applicable. Another thing to consider, this scope is BIG, the windage turret partially blocked my T-1 offset on a larue mount which I didn’t like. In the end, I wish I had spring for the GLX and failed to read the return policy of once you mount it, no returns :(
Hope this helps someone!
I was happy to speak to you on this issue and clarify our return policy on PA branded optics. We will have those emails out to you asap.
