Details
The Primary Arms SLx 1-10x28 Rifle Scope takes what is popular about low power variable optics and steps it up a notch to a larger magnification range without making sacrifices common with more traditional 10x optics. The first true 1-10x LPVO boasts a generous 3.2 - 3.5 inches of eye relief allowing you to easily set this scope up on your rifle of choice and still features a great field of view throughout the magnification range. With the addition of an integrated magnification lever, you can quickly and easily go from a true 1x sight picture all the way up to 10x magnification for those longer distance precision shots or simply for better target identification. This is truly a versatile optic that can do it all from close quarters to long range while still only weighing 19.1 ounces at 10.5 inches long. Just like the other optics, this scope is protected by the Primary Arms Lifetime Warranty. If a defect due to materials or workmanship, or even normal wear and tear, has caused your product to malfunction, Primary Arms will either repair or replace your product.

Great 1-10x LPVO
by Wes -
Installed this on my AR-10 and wow I’ve been missing out. Once I read the provided instructions and zeroed my rifle, it’s now just boringly stupid accurate at 100 yards. This is my second Primary Arms LPVO and am very impressed with this brands scope line. Will buy another from here again.
ACSS Reticle is spot on!
by @Robin_Shoots -
As a competitive shooter, I need to find my target, build a position and hit steel. This scope (I have one on every carbine!) is fast, accurate and sharp. From 10 yards to 800 yards, it's spot on. As a trainer, I recommend it to all carbine students. Buy it...you will love it.
GREAT OPTIC
by DAVID MACDOUGALL
I put this optic on my coyote gun and it hasn't let me down. great for hunting and for target shooting. shot out to 500m with a good sight picture and accurate holds. just wish i could find a kill flash for it @PA?
Fantastic scope
by Dave -
This is a great scope. Very clear at both low and high power. The reticle is easy to read, even if you wear glasses. Very bright and a ton of reticle brightness options. Another winner from PA!
Great glass
by Tom Rogers -
Very good scope for the price! Same quality glass as nf. Boxes perfectly at 100yards. Clear all the way to the edges. Very clear when viewed through a PBS-14. A leap above 1 inch, 24, 28, and 30mm tubes.
Punches above its weight class

So far I’m really impressed, snagged this as a test and PA lived up to providing a better product than the price would indicate-thanks!!
Great optic

Very happy with this purchase. Great glass with a clear easy to use reticle that has a lot of great features. Quality as always from primary arms.
Eye Box
by Bryan
How is the Eye Box on the FFP 1X10 version of this optic. I think it's in the PLX Series of your optics and much more expensive, but we'll worth the extra money to have accuracy at all levels of magnification. My only concern is the Eye Relief and Eye Box if the FFP version.
Great Scope, but Missing the Parallax Adjustment
by Ben S. -
I put this scope on an AR-15, 5.56, 18” barrel rifle, using 62 gr. Winchester ammo. There are instructions included for setting up the scope to work well with other configurations and ammo choices as well. The BDC worked excellently once it was sighted in! I was able to land fairly consistent bullseyes at 250 yards using the drop indicator.
Then I took it out to 550 yards (the maximum for the range). By that point the wind was too erratic and strong to make consistent shoots, but I could tell the bullets were dropping right about where they should.
My only complaint about the scope is that it’s missing the parallax (target focus) adjustment. If you’re shooting beyond 500 yards it can be difficult to see the target. BUT — for being able to be used as quickly as a red dot close by, and fast target acquisition and holdover farther out, with adjustable zoom all the way to 10x, it’s still a really good scope, especially for the price.
Glad I bought it

Very solidly built - no detectable wiggle to the diopter, nice finish and feels solid. Knurling on diopter ring, turrets and illumination dial is adequate but I would have liked a bit tighter pattern to it like the PLX C 1x8. The turrets themselves are nice - not much detectable wobble and good tactile clicks. The glass is very clear for a sub $500 scope. At 1x, the image is very flat with no real edge distortion, image shift or fisheye. The image stays sharp and crisp all the way up to around 8x and then starts to soften a bit. This could be corrected by adjusting the diopter, but the reticle starts to soften/blur a bit. The eyebox is not bad at 1x but does shrink as you increase the magnification. Eye relief is fine all the way through the magnification range - obviously its greater at 1x than 10x but still comfortable. Reticle-the wind holds and BDC is very well designed and easy to see at all magnifications and is daylight visible.
