Great optic for a reasonable price
by Noah Smith -
Have a little over 2100 rounds on this optic between four different shooting sessions because I really wanted to give it a good test for the average shooter. The glass is very clear and crisp compared to most other optics of this price range. The reticle brightness settings give you a good range of options for different weather and daylight conditions. It’s ran right along side my ACOG also purchased from Primary Arms. Obviously I’m not betting my life on this optic that same way I would an ACOG, but if you need an optic that works and is affordable to the average shooter and is made by a company that stands behind its, work this is it. This isn’t a paid add and is my honest review for the short time I’ve had it.
Great Value

Bought this to go pig hunting with a .300 AAC BLK. Worked like a champ. I dropped it on the ground and no loss of zero. Rugged scope for the price. Illumination works well. The reticle could be a bit larger but that is personal preference. Overall I am very pleased and can recommend it.
Ridiculously clear flat image for the price point.

This scope was purchased to mount to a 12.5 ak, using an RS Regulate side mount. The image through the scope is extremely flat and clear through the 1x while the field of view is excellent at 120 feet at that 1x while not having any visible distortion near the edges, which blows my mind at this price point. The magnification lever (which is included and already mounted) is fantastic and the magnification ring is firm but smooth throughout the range of motion. Adjusting the zero was a pretty great experience, when you take the caps off, there are textured turrets underneath that have audible and tactile clicks. Illumination is solid where it gets daylight visible, but dawn and dusk is where they'll shine. Finish is consistent and non reflective. 6x is excellent and clear as well, with good color, little to no distortion, and no visible parallax at 200 yards. I really look forward to buying this scope in 5.56 to test on the PSA JAKL.
300 yard hammer

Upon sighting in following the manual this scope has performed solidly out to 300 yards.Have not had a chance to take it farther but all hash marks have worked flawlessly for the 7.62x39 cartridge for which it was designed for.
Very hsppy so far

Set this up on a 300 blackout 10.5 SBR. The optics are quite clear and the zoom moves with the appropriate amount of force. The illumination at full power is bright. My only complaint is the recticle. It is easy to use but it's designed to be zeroed at 50 yards. With the next bullet drop at 200 yards. Also it is designed around 110 gr loads (supersonic) or 220 gr subsonic. Not common rounds in my parts. 😒. But will work around that. Overall a nice LPVO scope.
