Primary Arms SLx Advanced Push Button Micro Red Dot Sight - Gen II

Survived several hundred rounds on an AK thus far. Used as a place holder until I decide what I really want to use it for. Brightness settings are nice and defined. Clicks for brightness are nice and positive and not mushy. Scope cover is a nice addition for transport. My biggest gripe about this dot is that the turrets are kinda meh imo. The actual screw/bolt head for the turret is extremely small in my experience. I have several other micro dots with big flat heads for coins/screw drivers. The caps that tell you what adjustments are what are kinda confusing too. They both say “up, right” with a corresponding arrow but I couldn’t figure out which way was which because if you flip the cap that’s obviously gonna flip which way is right and left so I resorted to trial and error.
All in all this has been a really great dot thus far and I would purchase again.

Stays zero. Great Shake Awake feature. Used it on my Glock Micro Conversion Kit Gen 2. Prefer it better than Vortex RD.

I ordered in early January and received it within 4-5 days, slower than the usual 2 day primary arms shipping but everything has been moving slower lately. Upon opening the red dot you quickly notice the quality, definitely doesn’t feel like a budget piece of gear. The brightness buttons are robust yet easily manipulated and the adjustments have a nice click when turned. I swapped out the factory ultra low mount with a Geissele absolute co witness aimpoint mount. Once I got it on the rifle I was in love. I’m not sure if it ever turns off or if the shake to wake feature is actually working but it’s always ready when I pick it up and shoulder it.haven’t shot it much with this nasty weather but my initial outing left me impressed. Would recommend to anyone, if anything changes I’ll update.

Mounted on an AK using the RS regulate mounting system. So far, hold zero well and battery life seems fine. Tracks well and glass is of good quality. No fish eye or any funky anomalies. Overall, Id buy it again.

I received this sight, mounted it and zeroed it on my Air Force, .45 Cal Texan. So Far so good. The controls are easy to operate and the dot is crisp and clear.

I picked up one of these due to the reputation of Primary Arms’ optics and the auto awake/sleep feature. The dot is very clear and crisp even with my astigmatism. The glass is also very clear as well. The push buttons have a nice tactile feel and easy to manipulate. Mated this with a standard Primary Arms mount on an AR9 and it was rock solid. Very easy to dial in and was shooting nice tight groups at 25’. I also have a Sig Romeo 5, which is also a great sight, but I prefer the MD-20 to it due to the clarity. Overall a great buy for the money.

I have astigmatism and this dot is cleaner than the MRO I had. Hitting 10" steel at 150yds no problem at the brightest point of the day. Backed by Primary Arms incomparable customer service, you can't go wrong. Buy it.

Excellent micro dot at twice the price! Best PA micro dot yet. The look, feel, and performance will satisfy even the most discriminating shooter.

I put this sight on my AKV which looks nice because it is small and not big like other red dots. I zero the sight and shoots tight groups. I just wish I had more ammo because it is fun to shoot with this sight. Also the price was just right. If you thinking of getting this red dot sight get it because you are going to like it.
