PA Gear Wide Padded 2-Point Sling - OD Green

I just needed a simple, non metallic, rattle free sling, this worked perfectly fine.

I have been using wide, padded slings for 20 years, usually paying $40-$60 for them without QD. Add QD, and a BCM rail QD socket, and your at about $100, including shipping. While I'm okay with spending that for my few primary rifles, I have a half a dozen secondary rifles that I didn't want to spend $600 on slings & QD which I rarely use. I ordered six of these slings in various colors, then attached them with doubled 550 cord. So, instead of spending $100 a sling, I'm at 1/10th that price with these. The padding isn't much, about 1/3rd the thickness of the pricier padded slings, but since I'm likely wearing a carrier, it's fine. All the stitches are good, the plastic buckles are solid, and the sides of the 1" Nylon are not abrasive. I highly recommend these as a budget option, or for temp use until you've got $100 to spend on a premium solution.

For the price, this is a good deal. It feels reasonably sturdy though I did have to trim the straps as they are very long.

It serves its purpose fair and square. Nothing fancy and for the price, unbeatable.

Good basic sling . I would not expect it to hold up to combat conditions, but I'm not larping either. I think the weakest points are the buckles.

I put this sling on my AR pistol and it works great. Nothing fancy, but does the job nicely. I am well pleased.

Seems like a good product, not running it on a duty rifle but seems well built and will do the job.
