Primary Weapons Systems MK116 MOD 1-M Complete AR-15 Upper Receiver - .223 Wylde - 16.1"

The Primary Weapons Systems MK116 MOD 1-M Complete AR-15 Upper Receiver in .223 Wylde runs PWS's long-stroke piston system on a 16.1" barrel, delivering sub-MOA precision in a forged upper that stays close to mil-spec dimensions.

Features:

• 16.1" barrel, 1:8 twist, sub-MOA accuracy guarantee
• .223 Wylde chamber, accepts .223 Remington and 5.56mm NATO
• PWS long-stroke piston operating system, adjustable gas block
• Forged 7075-T651 aluminum upper receiver with forward assist
• Free-float M-LOK handguard
• PWS FRC 2-Port Compensator, Rearden Atlas suppressor compatible
• Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle
• Weighs approximately 4.8 lbs

The MOD 1-M's forged receiver and retained forward assist give it a more familiar, mil-spec-compatible architecture than PWS's billet ambidextrous MOD 2-M line, appealing to civilians and law enforcement who want PWS's piston reliability in a more standard package. The long-stroke piston keeps carbon fouling out of the receiver during sustained or suppressed fire, and PWS backs this Boise-made barrel with a sub-MOA accuracy guarantee, and the Radian Raptor charging handle gives equally fast manipulation to left- and right-handed shooters.

Primary Weapons Systems is a U.S.-based manufacturer known for its long-stroke piston AR-15 and AR-10 platforms, backed by the PWS VOW warranty covering repair or replacement for manufacturing defects, and precision manufactured in Boise, Idaho.
