The Raptor ambidextrous charging handle aims to alleviate all the problems with standard charging handle. One of the shortcomings of the standard AR-10 is the charging handle design. It is small and difficult to quickly grab to charge the weapon. The latch unlock mechanism is only located on the left side and is designed to be unlocked with two fingers. With large, textured unlocking latches on either side of the charging handle, you can quickly charge your AR-10 from either side of the gun. The latches are large and strong enough that you can use the palm of your hand or your thumb for quick weapon manipulations. This durable design is made from aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum that won’t bend or break after extended use and is Mil-Spec anodized with other color options. The Radian Raptor charging handle is designed to fit most AR10/SR25 pattern upper receivers. The .308 version has all of the same functionality of the AR15 version but is scaled up to fit in the larger receivers and is durable enough to pull back the heavier bolt carrier group without bending.
