The Radian Raptor SD is an ambidextrous, vented AR-15 charging handle machined from aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum with a Radian OD Green anodized finish, featuring large textured unlocking latches on both sides sized for palm or thumb operation.

Large, textured unlocking latches on both sides of the handle replace the small, two-finger single-side mil-spec latch with a design that allows quick charging from either side using the palm or thumb. One-handed manipulation is straightforward because the latch size and texture provide enough grip surface to work the handle without requiring a precise two-finger hold. The SD vented design directs gas away from the shooter's face, particularly useful when running suppressed where blowback is increased. Aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum construction won't bend or break after extended use, providing the durability needed for hard-use applications.
